Network Protection with AVG Anti-Virus

Providing resources and a safe haven for at-risk youth, Network Administrator for Community Youth Services in Olympia, Washington, Jeremy Kettel, manages sixty workstations and three servers for this nonprofit organization.

In February 2008, when Kettel first came on board, the organization was using CA eTrust Anti-Virus on all their workstations, but Kettel wasn't happy with the level of protection the product was delivering.

Kettel declared: "We have a lot of shared data on our servers, much of it sensitive in nature that we really need to be sure doesn't fall into the wrong hands or become corrupted. Also many of our social workers aren't computer savvy and I worry that they will put data at risk without knowing it."
