    The leader of mid-market CRM products, Soffront® Software Inc., www.soffront.com, recently announced that Pavlov Media, Inc. is improving customer support and communication using Soffront CRM. Pavlov Media (www.pavlovmedia.com) is a nationwide communications and technology company that offers customized high-speed Internet services, digital video entertainment, and telephone services.

    Jason Kenner, vice president, Pavlov Media, stated: "We wanted to improve productivity and efficiency in all aspects of our support areas and to integrate all customer and support data into one system.
